Document what they do, how they think, and what creates their results so someone else can learn from it.
That’s how you create more leaders, get people into their next opportunity, and build a business that doesn’t depend on one person.

Creating content is only half the equation.
The real leverage comes from owning the platform where that content lives.
When you build on someone else`s platform, you are always relying on someone else`s audience, algorithm, or decisions.
The businesses and brands that last build assets they own.
Your audience. Your message. Your platform.
What got you to $1M won`t get you to $10M.
In the beginning, your expertise and effort are what drive the business forward. But eventually, the things that made you successful can become the things keeping you stuck.
To scale, you have to take what works, document it, and teach your team how to do it without you.
That’s how you move from being the person doing everything to building a business that can grow beyond you.
